Curious? Festival Wine Tasting

The Curious? Festival is back on Saturday 23rd July and will see visitors to King’s Cross getting inquisitive at the hugely popular free festival of knowledge and learning. Featuring a fusion of science, art and culture, King’s Cross will come alive with interactive events, including a chance to exercise your taste-buds with a German wine tasting on our Vine Terrace – the first stop on the Curious? tour.
Our team of top sommeliers in partnership with Wines of Germany will be showcasing a selection of delicious German wines from this year’s Top 50 Wines of Germany presented to you along with fascinating wine facts to quench your thirst for knowledge. Explore a wonderful variety of German wine and learn more about the country’s diverse regions, grapes and vines. Six wines will be available for you to taste on the day, including the Johann Wolf Pinot Noir from Waitrose stores, and the crisp and clean Devil’s Rock Riesling, available from the Co-Op.
Three complimentary sessions will be held throughout the day, from 1-2pm, 2-3pm and 3-4pm. Every attendee will also receive a free guide books and sunglasses!
