Tanqueray 10, homemade pandan syrup, lime juice. It is shaken and served in a Astoria glass with sugar pearls and orange blossom water sprayed on the top.
Feeling linked to German romantic art which is symbolized by the violet flower
London No1 infused patchouli, violet liqueur, lemon juice, sugar and egg white. Shaken and served in retro fizz glass accompanied by smoking violet egg.
ZURICH TO LOUISVILLE
Adaption from Jules Vernes’ novel “From the Earth to the Moon”
Bourbon washed with PEANUT, homemade chocolate wine, handful of mint & gomme syrup. Stirred to perfection in a vintage copper mug and garnished with mint &chocolate coated peanut.
Michele is actually resting his cocktail in a Belsazar stone cask.
Gin Sul infused Marigold flower, cardamom seeds, Belsazar white and green verbena liqueur rested for two weeks in a Belsazar Greystone batch. Stirred with lemon juice and served in a coupette glass.Rimmed with a rose water meringue.
THE FLAMING ZEPPELIN
7TH July 1917, a flaming zeppelin took off a part of the German Gymnasium roof before crashing.
Pear & cinnamon infused vodka, Prucia plum liqueur, grapefruit juice and vanilla syrup. Shaken and served in retro fizz glass. Served homemade chocolate & pear jelly.
