White Asparagus Season

We have the best white asparagus, known as “white gold” or “the royal vegetable”, which has been directly imported from Germany and we are showcasing it in our Grand Café and Restaurant.
Enjoy this seasonal delight with Smoked Black Forest ham, Veal Schnitzel, 42 day aged Scotch beef rib eye or salmon fillet in the Grand Café.
In the Restaurant, we will be serving up a tasting menu, including white asparagus soup with a lamb skewer as well as caramelised white asparagus with white asparagus ice cream, marinated strawberries and balsamic caviar. There is also an option to enjoy with paired wines.
